Job summary

Capgemini Kraków is seeking a Learning Architect to shape learner-centered experiences across the organization. You’ll translate business needs into learning architectures and drive end-to-end design from discovery to delivery, leveraging AI-enabled approaches.

You will collaborate with Learning Business Partners, SMEs, and Delivery teams to ensure scalable, engaging solutions aligned with global standards and measurable impact through data and feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience designing digital, blended, and/or in-person learning in a corporate environment.
• Strong grounding in learner-centred design and learning architectures.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear learning journeys and experiences.
• Confident facilitator of workshops and structured design conversations.
• Visualising and documenting learning designs (blueprints, storyboards, prototypes).
• Delivery-focused with ability to manage multiple design activities and deadlines.
• Data-informed approach to improve learning solutions over time.

Your role

As a Learning Architect, you play a key role in shaping impactful and learner-centered learning experiences across Capgemini. Working closely with Learning Business Partners, SMEs, and Delivery teams, you translate business and capability needs into learning architectures that drive measurable outcomes. You lead the end-to-end learning design process, from discovery and solution design through development and transition to delivery. You ensure learning solutions are scalable, engaging, and aligned with global standards while continuously exploring innovative approaches, including AI-enabled learning design practices.

Your tasks

• Partnering with Learning Business Partners and stakeholders to understand business challenges, capability gaps, and learner needs.
• Translating business requirements into effective learning architectures, learning journeys, and experience strategies.
• Leading and facilitating collaborative learning design workshops and design thinking sessions.
• Creating learning blueprints, storyboards, prototypes, and other design assets that communicate learning concepts clearly.
• Managing end-to-end learning design activities, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, risks, and quality standards.
• Supporting the transition of learning solutions from design into development and delivery.
• Monitoring learning effectiveness and using feedback, insights, and data to continuously improve solutions.
• Driving innovation by exploring new learning methodologies, technologies, and AI-enabled design approaches.
• Leveraging AI tools to support learning analysis, ideation, content structuring, and design efficiency while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Collaborating with Instructional Designers, SMEs, Delivery teams, and other learning professionals to create integrated learning experiences.

Your profile

• Experience designing high‑quality digital, blended, and/or face‑to‑face learning solutions in a corporate environment.
• Strong grounding in adult learning principles, learning architecture, and learner‑centred design.
• Ability to translate business and capability needs into clear learning journeys and experience designs.
• Confident facilitator of collaborative learning design workshops and structured design conversations.
• Skilled at visualising and documenting learning designs (e.g. blueprints, storyboards, prototypes).
• Creative and people‑centred, with a strong focus on learner engagement and real performance impact.
• Delivery‑focused, able to manage multiple design activities, prioritise effectively, and work to deadlines.
• Data‑aware, using insight, feedback, and evidence to improve learning solutions over time.
• Comfortable using AI as a design and productivity partner to support analysis, ideation, iteration, and efficiency - applying sound judgement to validate outputs.
• Preferable: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or equivalent experience.
