Job summary

Danfoss GmbH is seeking a Continuous Improvement Expert to turn operational challenges into practical improvements onsite at the Grodzisk Mazowiecki campus. You will lead CI initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process mapping to boost productivity and quality while reducing costs.

Ideal candidates bring experience in CI/Operational Excellence, strong data analysis skills, and fluency in English and Polish.

Qualifications

• Experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or related area.
• Knowledge of Lean or Lean Six Sigma methods and CI tools.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and KPIs and translate findings into actions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes, data, and KPIs to identify inefficiencies and opportunities.
• Lead CI projects to increase productivity, quality, and reduce costs.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, root-cause analysis, and process mapping to develop solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
• Measure results and support long-term adoption of Lean tools.
