Emerson Electric Co in Łódź is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize and monitor manufacturing processes on site, applying Lean principles and collaborating with Production and Quality to drive efficiency and cost reduction.

You will lead new product introductions, create and maintain process documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives across departments. A technical degree from Lodz University and 2–3 years of international manufacturing experience are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering from Lodz University of Technology.
• 2–3 years of process engineering experience in international manufacturing.
• Ability to read/interpret technical and manufacturing documentation.
• Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and CI tools.
• Communicative level of English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Optimize and improve processes prioritizing quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and Lean principles.
• Analyze and resolve production issues using corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop production employees by promoting process knowledge and best practices.
• Coordinate and supervise production areas for repeatability, quality, and resources.
• Lead new product introductions and process launches meeting quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, drawings, and standards.
• Provide technical support to Production, Quality, and other departments.
• Collaborate with Quality to address complaints, audits, and improvements.
• Monitor process via KPIs, OEE, and other metrics; identify improvements.
• Participate in New Product Development projects including process design and validation.
• Represent Process Engineering during audits.
• Support equipment and production technology implementations for excellence.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality policies.
