Dover Corporation is seeking a skilled Process Engineer for a hybrid role in the Kajetany area near Katowice, Poland. You will deploy site manufacturing processes, develop and document new product introduction, and drive robust, repeatable production methods across global teams.

The role requires a engineering degree with 5+ years’ experience, plus Six Sigma/lean and PFMEA knowledge. English and Polish fluency are expected. Travel up to 5% may be needed.

Competenze

Degree in engineering with 5+ years of process engineering experience.
Proven track record in developing manufacturing processes.
Project management skills required.
Strong knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics and electronics.

Mansioni

Create and implement manufacturing instructions, BOM, tooling and Poke Yoke for existing products.
Lead manufacturing projects to ensure robust, efficient processes and proper documentation.
Define production processes for new products per R&D requirements.
Deploy SPC, PFMEA and control plans for products and lines.
Collaborate with contract manufacturers globally and support NPI delivery.
