Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sustaining engineering, product optimization, or related field.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of measurement tools and validation methods.
• Solid understanding of materials (metals, elastomers, plastics) and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for product design, performance, reliability, and problem-solving across global functions.
• Support Supply Chain via evaluation, qualification, and implementation of materials and components.
• Collaborate with Design Laboratories to define and evaluate testing activities.
• Identify alternative materials/components to improve availability, quality, and cost.
• Develop and implement product optimization initiatives for cost, manufacturing efficiency, and lifecycle.
• Lead and support ECN/ECO processes for product and component changes.
• Analyze technical data to identify opportunities for improvement and risk reduction.
• Participate in cross-functional and international projects as team member or leader.
