HUBER+SUHNER Polatis in Poland is seeking a Process Engineering Team Lead to drive high‑precision assembly processes, guide root cause analysis, and optimize production while coordinating with planning, quality, and R&D. The role focuses on scalable capacity and improved yields within a multinational manufacturing setting.

You will mentor engineers, develop roadmaps, and ensure robust PFMEA and work instructions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in process engineering with at least 3 years in a team lead, supervisory, or senior role.
• Proven ability to create and execute a strategic project roadmap with clear goals and resource allocation.
• Experience in optimizing production processes and line balancing; transfer to manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team that supports development of high-precision automated and manual assembly processes.
• Guide root cause analysis to resolve complex production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Improve efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline workflows across the manufacturing environment.
• Assign tasks, mentor engineers, and ensure ownership and growth.
• Supervise optimization activities and maintain process documentation (PFMEA, work instructions).
• Provide advanced technical support to production and coordinate with planning, quality, purchasing, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with R&D on testing and prototyping; assess new equipment and processes.
