About Our Client

A person in this role will be responsible for developing and implementing a lean approach within operational structures across a designated region (EMEA). The role focuses on improving process efficiency, reducing waste, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Job Description
  • Implementation and development of lean standards and continuous improvement initiatives across the EMEA region
  • Analysis of production processes and identification of optimization opportunities
  • Delivery of workshops, training sessions, and implementation activities (e.g. kaizen)
  • Monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaboration with operational teams across multiple locations
  • Support in the execution of investment and optimization projects
The Successful Applicant
  • Higher education degree (e.g. engineering, production management, or a related field)
  • Experience in manufacturing, process optimization, or continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of lean tools (e.g. 5S, kaizen, process analysis)
  • Ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions
  • Very good command of English (C1)
  • Willingness to work in an international environment with frequent business travel
