Job summary

Diehl Controls in Namysłów, Poland, is seeking a Professional to lead Lean initiatives and coordinate global improvement roadmaps. You will drive cost, OEE, and quality improvements while sharing best practices across locations.

Responsibilities

• Leading key Lean initiatives as well as cross‑plant and strategic improvement projects
• Ensuring effective implementation of improvement initiatives, in line with business objectives (cost, OEE, quality, etc.)
• Coordinating the content of the improvement roadmap globally—challenging approaches, proposing improvements, and supporting prioritization in collaboration with management
• Conducting and organizing Lean training programs while proactively identifying development needs across multiple locations

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management and Production Engineering or a related field
• Proficiency in English
• Hands‑on experience in implementing Lean / Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence initiatives, leading end‑to‑end transformation projects, working in an international environment
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to travel internationally

• Proven track record of delivering measurable results in cost reduction, process efficiency improvements, building and promoting a culture of continuous improvement
