Temu in Poland is seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Engineering and Automation Manager to lead renovation projects and deploy automation across our logistics network.
You will manage installation and commissioning of conveyors, AS/RS, and ACR/shuttle systems, coordinating with vendors and local authorities to ensure safety, quality, and on‑time delivery.

Responsibility
• Lead warehouse renovation projects, including civil works, high voltage/low voltage electrical systems (HV/LV), skylights, and restrooms, ensuring compliance with local regulations and other applicable requirements.
• Manage installation and commissioning of logistics automation equipment (e.g., conveyors, sorters, Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS)).
• Leverage hands-on experience in deploying Autonomous Case-handling Robot/shuttle systems (ACR/shuttle systems) from installation to go-live, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Act as the primary contact with automation vendors; oversee project delivery, quality, and timelines.
• Coordinate with local contractors, authorities, and internal teams to obtain permits and ensure safety standards.
Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse engineering, facility renovation, or logistics automation.
• Solid knowledge of local construction codes, electrical safety, and workplace regulations. • Hands-on experience with logistics automation systems and vendor management.
• Proven track record in rapid warehouse launch and commissioning (fast-track deployment).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Polish is a plus.
• Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.
