Temu is seeking a highly motivated and experienced 3PL Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. You will lead a team to manage 3PL performance, drive efficiency, and ensure safe, compliant warehouse operations.

You will monitor KPIs and SLAs, oversee day-to-day and peak-period activities, and collaborate with internal teams and external providers. The role emphasizes cost optimization, safety, and continuous improvement within a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher; fluent in English.
  • Proficient with warehouse operation processes and lean tools (6S, Kaizen, DMAIC).
  • Skilled in risk prediction, safety improvements, and cost reduction strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience; capable of developing staff.
  • Able to work alternate day and night shifts as required.
  • Proficient in Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with WMS/TMS systems.

Job description

Temu is seeking a highly motivated and experienced 3PL Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of driven individuals dedicated to making a difference in the industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage third party logistics partners (3PL) performance, quality, cost, and capacity.
  • Monitor KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to delivery, customer experience, and operations.
  • Lead daily operations and ensure smooth execution during peak periods (e.g. sales events).
  • Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external logistics providers.
  • Ensure high standards in safety, quality, and operational excellence.
  • Responsible for team development, systematically cultivating and empowering team members.
  • Foster a positive and healthy team culture to enhance team cohesion and effectiveness.
Qualification:
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher. Fluent in English.
  • Proficiency in warehouse operation processes, lean tools (6S, Kaizen, DMAIC), and cost management.
  • Ability to predict and manage risks, improve safety mechanisms, and implement cost reduction strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and performance improvement.- Ability to work alternate day and night shifts as required.
  • Skilled in Excel, Word, PPT, and other office software.- Familiar with WMS/TMS systems.
