Job summary

Avenga is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to drive user research strategies across our product portfolio and deliver actionable insights for global users. The role focuses on planning, executing, and synthesizing mixed-method research within cross-functional teams.

You will work 100% remotely from Poland, embedding in product teams to translate user needs into concrete recommendations and strategies that inform design and development cycles.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience in User Research, Usability Testing, or Product Design Research.
• Experience in Data, Analytics, AI-driven products is highly desirable.
• Proficient in qualitative methods and quantitative tools.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, scope, and conduct generative, evaluative, qualitative, and quantitative research across complex product features.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable recommendations for product/design teams.
• Integrate usability testing and user interviews into agile sprint cycles.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Engineers early in the life cycle.
• Track usability metrics (SUS, task success, time-on-task) to measure design impact.
• Audit and simplify complex user journeys to reduce cognitive load.
