Job summary

Naturaily is expanding its in-house design capability and is looking for a UI Designer who moves comfortably between web and e-commerce, thinks in design systems rather than one-off screens, and feels confident leading conversations directly with clients.

If you enjoy owning projects end to end, translating business goals into polished interfaces, and having a real influence on how design works within the company, this could be a great fit for you.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial UI design experience across web and e-commerce.
• Portfolio of real commercial projects to be reviewed during interview.
• Solid experience building and maintaining design systems.
• Strong Figma skills for UI design and prototyping.
• Curiosity about AI tools in design, including experimentation with AI features.

Responsibilities

• Design interfaces for websites and e-commerce stores with high-quality storefronts.
• Build and maintain design systems, components, tokens, and documentation.
• Lead design workshops and client conversations directly.
• Translate business needs into visual concepts, prototypes, and mockups.
• Consider micro-interactions and motion to support UX and provide specs for developers.
• Collaborate with development, marketing, and business teams.
• Explore AI tools to improve and speed up design processes.
• Contribute to project estimations and scoping.
• Stay current with UI/UX trends and apply them purposefully.
