Job summary

Creatio is seeking a Lead Web Designer to set the visual bar for our website, landing pages, and platforms. You will independently drive complex projects from concept to production-ready mockups, while partnering with the UX/technical designer and art director to maintain a high visual standard.

You will shape design concepts for enterprise clients, push for user-centric UX, and leverage AI-assisted design and modern web effects to deliver compelling experiences.

Qualifications

• Visual mastery with modern UI and landing pages.
• UI design focus with typography, composition, color, detail.
• UX instinct, understanding flows and usability.
• Audience focus on complex B2B/enterprise clients.
• Proactivity in guiding stakeholders and selling design decisions.
• Independence to carry complex projects through to completion.
• Conversion design experience for landing pages a plus.
• Figma fluency and design systems preparation for handoff.
• Adobe After Effects / Premiere and Photoshop proficiency.
• AI-assisted design and web effects experience.
• Frontend basics in HTML/CSS/JS and responsive design.
• English proficiency (B2 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Wow-level design for company website, landing pages, and digital platforms.
• Independently drive Tier-1 projects from concept to final mockup.
• Shape design concepts for clients when briefs are vague.
• Collaborate with UX/technical designer and art director to maintain visual bar.
