Job summary

Synechron seeks a talented UI Design & Prototyping professional to translate requirements into engaging interfaces for digital products. You will craft layouts, components, and responsive behavior, delivering wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to support agile prioritization.

You will collaborate with engineers, product teams, and brand to maintain a cohesive design system, ensure accessibility, and apply best practices for usability.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating strong UI design craft for digital products.
• Experience working with design systems and reusable components.
• Working knowledge of usability and accessibility principles.
• Interest in emerging technologies such as AI and Gen AI and how they shape product experiences.
• Comfortable using English in day-to-day work, including team discussions and updates.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality UI designs from requirements and early UX direction.
• Produce wireframes and high-fidelity mock-ups, and build interactive prototypes.
• Apply customer experience best practices to deliver consistent UI across the product.
• Maintain attention to typography, spacing, colour, iconography, and interaction states.
• Collaborate with brand on design system consistency and with engineers to ensure accurate implementation.
