SimCorp is hiring a Lead Agile Team Leader to build and develop globally distributed CAS delivery teams. You will foster collaboration, promote Lean and Agile practices, and drive high-quality testing services across Upgrade, Configuration and Implementation projects.

You will partner with service owners, coaches and stakeholders to ensure value delivery and continuous improvement while growing your own expertise.

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

SimCorp is transforming how we deliver services to our clients, and our Customer Application Service (CAS) delivery unit is at the heart of that change. As Lead Agile Team Leader, you will build, develop and continuously improve teams of CAS consultants by building collaboration, encouraging innovation and introducing Agile and Lean practices that make teams effective in a complex environment

You will lead globally distributed teams that deliver high-quality testing services within Upgrade, Configuration and Implementation projects. You’ll be a true partner to your teams, helping them deliver maximum value from our clients’ investment while growing your own expertise and sharing what you learn.

WHAT WE VALUE

• Experience with Agile and Lean practices (e.g., as a Scrum Master) in an international environment
• Solid facilitation skills and a track record of following up, removing impediments and maintaining delivery momentum
• A goal-oriented, systems-thinking mindset rather than a one-task-at-a-time one
• A drive to inspire continuous improvement and "do things better"
• The ability to empower teams so every member is engaged and contributes meaningfully
• Effective communication skills and fluent English
• Understanding of the financial services industry would be a plus
