SimCorp is seeking a Lead Agile Team Leader within its Customer Application Service delivery unit. You will build and develop CAS teams, foster collaboration, and introduce Agile and Lean practices to enhance effectiveness in complex projects.

You will lead globally distributed testing services within Upgrade, Configuration and Implementation projects, guiding teams to maximize value for clients while growing your own expertise.

SimCorp is transforming how we deliver services to our clients, and our Customer Application Service (CAS) delivery unit is at the heart of that change. As Lead Agile Team Leader, you will build, develop and continuously improve teams of CAS consultants by building collaboration, encouraging innovation and introducing Agile and Lean practices that make teams effective in a complex environment

You will lead globally distributed teams that deliver high-quality testing services within Upgrade, Configuration and Implementation projects. You'll be a true partner to your teams, helping them deliver maximum value from our clients' investment while growing your own expertise and sharing what you learn.
