Role Description

This full-time, on-site Senior Architect role is based in Poland and involves leading architectural projects from concept through completion. The Senior Architect will develop design concepts, prepare drawings and documentation, and oversee coordination with engineering disciplines and external partners. The role includes guiding design teams, reviewing technical details, and ensuring that projects meet quality, regulatory, and client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities involve managing project timelines, participating in client and stakeholder meetings, and supporting integration of design and construction solutions. The Senior Architect will also mentor less experienced team members and contribute to continuous improvement of internal design standards and processes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, technical detailing, and documentation.
• Experience with Software Development and Integration in the context of design tools, BIM, or digital workflows supporting architectural projects.
• Proven Project Management skills, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional licensure or eligibility for licensure is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex projects in Poland or comparable markets; fluency in English, and Polish language skills are beneficial.
