Job summary

Baker Hughes seeks a Subsea Trees Project Senior Engineer to lead the end‑to‑end design and delivery of subsea Tree systems from concept to delivery. You will interpret requirements, produce 3D models, drawings, and BOMs, and support manufacturing with design‑for‑manufacture approaches while coordinating across multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires MSc/BSc in a relevant engineering field, strong communication, and English fluency.

Proven adaptability to changing project scope and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Interpret requirements, customer specifications, and standards to deliver compliant subsea tree designs.
Plan scopes, create layouts, drawings, reports and procedures for project delivery.
Develop conceptual and detailed 3D designs including stack‑ups and assembly procedures.
Produce fabrication and assembly drawings to ASME Y14.5 and manage BOMs.
Support manufacturing with DFM practices and prepare Pro‑NC‑ready models.
Perform design verifications, tolerance studies, basic calculations, and simple FEA checks.
Manage engineering data, archiving, FAT procedures, and review materials.
Identify improvements for cost efficiency and compliance.
