Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Lead/Senior Engineer in Poland to lead development of Subsea XT systems from concept to qualification. You will drive designs, drawings and BOMs, coordinate global teams, and ensure on-time delivery while mentoring colleagues in a diverse environment.

The role requires CAD experience (CREO), GD&T expertise, and a mechanistic engineering mindset with ownership of multiple projects and stakeholders. Competitive compensation with flexible patterns is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Industrial / Petroleum).
• Experience in design engineering for subsea production systems.
• Proficient in CAD and 3D modeling; strong GD&T understanding.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate several projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop Subsea XT technologies aligned with customer needs.
• Generate designs, drawings, BOMs and lead qualification and system testing.
• Manage plan, budget, risks and stakeholder/change management.
• Lead global teams and mentor engineers within a diverse team.
• Provide technical guidance and explore new patents and opportunities.
