Job summary

Baker Hughes Gruppe is seeking a Lead Engineer to design, develop, and maintain industrial automation and control systems for subsea applications. The role concentrates on PLC and SCADA/HMI software development, system integration, and testing/commissioning to meet customer requirements and Baker Hughes quality standards.

Based in Warsaw, Poland, you will travel internationally (10–15%) and collaborate with cross-functional teams while ensuring safety and reliability across complex oil and gas

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
Experience with designing and servicing SCADA/HMI systems integrated with PLCs.
Proficiency in English (C1) and willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain industrial automation and control systems for subsea production.
Configure interfaces, test procedures, FAT/eFAT participation, and on-site commissioning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with customer and Baker Hughes quality standards.
