Job summary

Baker Hughes in Poland seeks a Project Engineering Manager for Control Systems to coordinate engineers and own engineering progress in assigned projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. You will work with the project manager, coordinators and other PEMs, and report to project management and engineering management.

Fluency in English, ability to work across cultures, strong customer communication, and experience leading engineers are preferred.

Qualifications

• Be fluent in English.
• Adapt to working with different cultures in a global environment.
• Strong communication skills for direct customer interactions.
• Preferably experience in leading other engineers.
• Understand schedules, budgets, risks and mitigations and the engineering process.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the assigned engineers and own engineering progress in the project.
• Ensure successful completion of project activities on time and on budget.
• Work with the project manager, project coordinators and other PEMs; report to management.
• Report weekly engineering progress to project and management.
• Draft and issue TQs to customers; enforce SSDS-ENG-9.09 process compliance.
