Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks an experienced Lead ServiceNow Developer to drive ITSM solutions, architecture, and governance. You will lead delivery teams, partner with stakeholders, and implement enhancements across Incident, Problem, Change, and other ITSM processes.

The role demands strong ITIL knowledge, hands-on ServiceNow work, and leadership of large cross-functional projects. Hybrid work in Poland is available, with potential for international collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ServiceNow experience with 3+ years in ITSM lead roles.
• Expertise in Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Fulfillment.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and platform customization skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and enhancement of ITSM modules.
• Guide delivery teams and mentor developers and analysts.
• Oversee platform health, incidents, and continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to automate processes and drive excellence.
• Translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
