Job summary

GlobalLogic Inc. is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile practices on embedded software projects. You will collaborate with a team in Germany, supporting a cross-functional, self-organising team and ensuring effective Scrum ceremonies.

Fluent English (min. B2) is required. A technical background in embedded software is a plus but not required. This role offers hybrid work and opportunities to work with one of Europe’s leading appliance manufacturers.

Qualifications

• Understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum principles with practical guidance for events, artifacts and rules.
• Leadership and facilitation to guide the Scrum Team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
