Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an experienced SAP Finance/Controlling specialist to optimize costing, transfer pricing, and integration across SAP modules. The role involves leading analytics, workshops, testing, and end-to-end process support in a hybrid work setting in Wrocław.

The ideal candidate has 6-8 years in SAP Finance/CO, strong ML and cost structuring knowledge, and fluent English to collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years' experience in SAP Finance/Controlling with focus on costing and transfer pricing.
• Experience in AMS or production support within SLA-driven models.
• Hands-on SAP CO-PC, ML, and Actual Costing in SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of FI/CO integration, valuation, and cost structures.
• Fluent English and ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Enhance / improve SAP template in FI & CO area.
• Support setup of processes for GPO Finance/Controlling.
• Prepare and conduct workshops to present and train.
• Analyze deviations and design solutions for business process owners.
• Prepare and support test execution and migration activities.
• Lead technical design and setup of costing, ML, TP, and tax enhancements.
• Define account determination logic across national and international standards.
• Write and specify testable business requirements and user specs.
• Manage incidents, problems, and change requests within SLA timelines.
• Support end-to-end Controlling processes across SAP Finance, SD, MM/PUR.
• Perform RCA for recurring Finance issues and implement fixes.
