Bayer CropScience Limited in Warsaw, Poland, seeks an SAP CCM/SD Pricing Consultant to design, deploy and support a global S/4 HANA template in FSCM & FI-AR under the CORE program.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing external IT operations suppliers and SAP partners, and staying current with SAP features to optimize the SAP landscape while handling incidents and ongoing enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years IT experience with 3 years in SAP Sales & Distribution and 1 year in SAP CCM/SD Pricing.
• Hands-on experience configuring SD Pricing, Rebate Management or SAP CCM.
• Knowledge of SAP TRM, SAP Digital Finance, SAP APIs and integration tools.
• Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working internationally or in cross-cultural teams.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview

We are looking for an SAP CCM/SD Pricing Consultant to support our global SAP S/4 HANA based ERP platform under the CORE program. The role involves designing, deploying, and supporting a global template solution in S/4 FSCM & FI‑AR, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and managing external IT operations suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, deploy, enhance and support the global Bayers business processes worldwide in S/4 FSCM and FI‑AR.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, develop and implement credit, collection, dispute and customer account reconciliation solutions, including integrations to payment and cash allocation platforms.
• Stay current on SAP FSCM/FI‑AR features, integration options, enhancements and best practices, continuously optimizing the S/4 HANA landscape.
• Participate in support activities such as incident handling, Q&A, service requests, root‑cause analysis and bug fixing.
• Manage and collaborate with external IT operations suppliers and SAP partners.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years overall IT experience, with at least 3 years in SAP Sales & Distribution and 1 year in SAP CCM or SD Pricing / Rebate Management.
• Hands‑on experience configuring and customizing SD Pricing, Rebate Management or SAP CCM.
• Knowledge of SAP TRM, SAP Digital Finance, SAP APIs, and integration tools is beneficial.
• Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working internationally or in cross‑cultural teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Minimum annual gross compensation: 15,360PLN, with additional variable pay components such as performance‑based bonuses.
