B. Braun Melsungen AG Poland in Poznań seeks a Controlling professional to support CO processes and S/4HANA projects in a hybrid working setup. You will collaborate with IT and global business teams to standardize CO practices and enable efficient reporting.

The role requires 3+ years in Controlling, GBS/SSC experience, and advanced SAP CO knowledge, with strong English skills (B2). Multi-language capabilities are a plus; travel may be occasional.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Controlling.
• Experience in GBS/SSC environment.
• Advanced SAP knowledge in CO, preferably including interfaces to other modules.
• Advanced English proficiency - at least B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Active participation in Controlling Projects (e.g. S/4HANA implementation, GBS service rollouts)
• Contribute to test plans, conduct tests and document test results during S/4 User Acceptance Tests in assigned area of responsibility
• Standardization and harmonization of CO processes, including close cooperation with IT and other Business Teams
• Support in Month-End Closing Activities (including Inventory Valuation) and Group Reporting, especially in area of process and technical errors handling
