Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead SAP EWM Consultant to drive design and delivery of warehouse management solutions within complex SAP environments. The role focuses on leading end-to-end implementation projects, translating business requirements into scalable SAP EWM solutions and guiding cross-functional teams.

You will work across Greenfield projects, leverage SAP BTP, and collaborate with SAP S/4HANA ecosystems, ensuring optimal system architecture and performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with SAP EWM, gained in consulting companies rather than pure in-house customer roles.
• Strong background in implementation projects, preferably Greenfield implementations, across the full project lifecycle.
• Deep understanding of warehouse management processes, logistics operations and strong functional expertise in SAP EWM.
• Understanding of the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem, including Fiori and modern architecture.
• Understanding of system architecture, integration principles, and performance considerations within SAP solutions.
• Awareness of enhancement and extension approaches for SAP solutions.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions within EWM.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
