Job summary

UserWise, LLC is seeking a Live-Ops Game Designer to join our mobile free-to-play team. You will own LiveOps strategy, game economy health, and systems design to drive engagement, retention, and sustainable monetization while keeping player experience at the center.

Design end-to-end LiveOps events, balance currencies, progression pacing, and monetization loops. Collaborate with product, analytics, art, and engineering; strong data-driven decision making and excellent written and spoken English

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in F2P mobile game design, focusing on LiveOps, economy, and systems design.
Experience designing and balancing live events and economies with monetization focus.
Proficient in using data to inform design decisions and AB testing.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Design and balance LiveOps events end-to-end with engagement and retention goals.
Design and balance game economies: HC pricing, sinks and taps, inflation control.
Own feature unlock sequencing and progression pacing for a satisfying journey.
Design offers and event monetization loops; optimize IAP/IAA where applicable.
Use data to validate assumptions, AB tests, and balance player progression.
