Qualifications

• Proven experience as a professional Game Designer with significant quest design experience and at least one shipped title in a senior or lead capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, set priorities, and deliver against defined production timelines.
• Experience with technical game design (implementation in tools, game logic, visual scripting, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quest Design team to meet project objectives, quality standards, and production milestones.
• Set clear goals and performance expectations aligned with the project vision.
• Collaborate with quest, narrative, level design teams and other departments to craft cohesive experiences.
