Job summary

Elsewhere Entertainment is seeking a Senior Quest Designer to help craft engaging quest experiences for a new IP. You will work with the quest, narrative, level design teams and other departments to build cohesive locations, plots, and content.

You’ll design, implement, and refine gameplay quests, collaborating with engineers and designers to improve pipelines and processes while conveying the story’s vision through exploration, dialogue, and activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a professional Game Designer and have shipped 1 or more titles as a quest designer.
• Experience with technical game design (implementation in tools, game logic, visual scripting, etc.)
• Ability to collaborate and thrive as part of a creative team and comfortable with self-critique and accepting outside feedback
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks in a confidential environment
• Creative problem-solving skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Experience pitching game design concepts in a clear, detailed manner, through strong written and verbal skills
• Organization methods and the capability to meet agreed timelines

• Acting as a liaison to other departments, conveying the consistent design vision of the project

Elsewhere Entertainment is looking for a Senior Quest Designer to join the development of a new IP.

Feed your creativity while collaborating with our team of highly skilled developers to build something innovative, exhilarating, and expansively entertaining!

As a member of the Content Team, you'll create fun and memorable quest experiences by designing and implementing the many types of content that players can engage with in our game.

As a member of the project, you'll help take the studio and our game from great to even better; with a focus on inclusivity, mutual respect (for ourselves and our players), thoughtfulness, empathy, professionalism, and collaboration.
