The role blends hands-on Python automation with team mentorship to ensure high-quality delivery across enterprise applications, APIs, and Big Data systems.

You will guide test automation frameworks (Selenium, PyTest/Robot), drive CI/CD integration with Jenkins or GitLab, review code, and apply AI-assisted testing

Qualifications

• 8+ years in QA automation with leadership experience.
• Strong experience in Big Data testing and distributed data validation.
• Expertise in Selenium and web technologies.
• Experience with Postman and Requests for API testing.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance test design and coverage.
• Professional English at B2+ level.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA automation team with mentorship and performance support.
• Design and maintain automated test frameworks using Python and PyTest/Robot.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting for web, API, and Big Data apps.
• Collaborate with Dev, Product, and DevOps to integrate tests into CI/CD.
• Ensure high-quality automation code and version control usage.
• Guide automation strategy and conduct code reviews.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve test generation and efficiency.
• Manage risk assessment and defect handling for releases.
