Job summary

EPAM Systems in Kraków invites an experienced Lead QA Automation Engineer to lead our QA automation efforts for enterprise applications and Big Data platforms. You will combine hands-on Python automation with team leadership to deliver high-quality software across APIs and data-heavy systems.

The role requires 8+ years in automation, strong Selenium/API testing skills, and mentoring capabilities. You will work in a hybrid environment with Poland-based teams and opportunities for international

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in QA automation with leadership.
• Strong Big Data testing and distributed data validation experience.
• Expertise in browser automation using Selenium, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Deep knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman and Requests library.
• Capability to mentor junior engineers and drive adoption of automation best practices.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance test design, efficiency, and coverage.
• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level.
