Job summary

Klika Tech is seeking a Lead QA Engineer for embedded systems to drive end‑to‑end automation across a complex SoC platform. You will lead a dedicated QA team, design tests for SDK core, wireless connectivity, and security, and work with HIL setups and RTOS environments to ensure production‑grade software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
• At least 3+ years in embedded systems/SoC testing.
• 1+ year leading QA teams.
• Proficiency in Python for test automation.
• Experience with PyTest preferred.
• Solid understanding of C/C++ build processes.
• Experience with HIL test setups and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on with hardware interfaces and debugging tools.
• Experience with wireless protocol testing.
• English (B2) for cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, scale, and maintain end-to-end automation for embedded systems.
• Define testing strategy across SDK core, wireless connectivity, security, and tooling.
• Work with HIL setups, RTOS (Zephyr/FreeRTOS), and multi-core protocols.
• Translate SDK requirements into comprehensive test plans.
• Establish robust CI/CD pipelines and automate workflows.
• Integrate physical test rigs into automated processes.
• Triage and debug hardware–firmware integration failures.
• Monitor QA metrics and enforce quality gates for releases.
• Create documentation for processes and artifacts.
