Job summary

Bunge is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead strategic industrial and infrastructure projects across our network. You will manage scopes, budgets, and timelines, coordinating with contractors and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in PM, strong communication, and independence, with readiness to travel frequently and work across multiple sites. A university degree and proficiency in MS Excel/AutoCAD are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management in industrial, engineering, construction, manufacturing, logistics or infrastructure environments.
• University degree.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solution-oriented mindset with ability to work independently.
• Good technical understanding and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• MS Project is a plus.
• English at B2 level or above.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic projects across our network of 4 inland silos and 3 port facilities, overseeing all phases from planning and budgeting to on-site execution.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Support procurement processes, including RFQs and technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress, costs, and risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct regular site visits to ports and silo locations, primarily in the Szczecin and Gdańsk regions, to oversee project execution.
• Report project status and communicate effectively with operational teams and management.
