Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Project Manager for cut and carve schemes in London, typically valued from £5m to £20m. You will lead site teams, manage client relationships and drive programme delivery from pre-construction through handover.

The role requires a strong RC Frame background, leadership, and expertise in temporary works coordination. This is a demanding position offering autonomy and clear progression to senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience managing structural alteration or cut and carve projects.
• Strong background with an RC Frame subcontractor.
• Confident managing project delivery, temporary works coordination, and site logistics.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and drive performance.
• Ideally degree educated in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
