Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S) in Warsaw is seeking a Lead Product Owner to join the Product Cluster Online Sales. You will bridge Business Product Owners and development teams to ensure initiatives are assessed, prioritized, planned and delivered across the cluster.

You will oversee the delivery roadmap across multiple teams, coordinate dependencies, support feasibility assessments and ensure capacity aligns with business priorities in this complex multi-team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, IT Product Owner, Delivery Lead, or similar role within software delivery.
• Proven experience managing delivery roadmaps across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
• Experience conducting feasibility assessments, effort estimations, and delivery planning.
• Strong understanding of dependencies, capacity planning, and delivery governance.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups in a matrix organisation.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to balance business expectations with technical constraints and delivery realities.
• Experience working closely with software engineering teams, architects, and Business Product Owners.

Responsibilities

• Owning and managing product management activities for the API Management Platform, including backlog curation, prioritization and alignment with engineering teams.
• Coordinating compliance, regulatory and audit-related activities, including evidence gathering, security reviews and governance requirements.
• Supporting platform customers through onboarding, training and hands-on guidance.
• Helping teams understand how to publish, secure, document and consume APIs using self-service tools.
• Acting as a bridge between technical teams, product customers, security, compliance and enterprise architecture stakeholders.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of developer experience, tooling, documentation and automation.
• Supporting the evolution of platform processes, standards and customer-facing guidance.
• Ensuring alignment with organizational standards related to API security, identity management, cloud governance and operational resilience.
