Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S) in Warsaw leads global pricing and IT delivery for ERGO Group. This role shapes strategy and profitability across international markets, collaborating with the Head of Global P&C Pricing Hub.

You will drive complex, multi‑million euro projects through formal project management, oversee budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications, and coordinate global teams, with support for flexible, remote working arrangements from Warsaw.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering IT infrastructure, workplace or application projects.
• Experience in Finance/Insurance or regulated industry.
• Knowledge of MSP, Prince2 and Agile project management tools.
• Experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, Networks, Engineering or Application Management.
• Strong organizational skills with global coordination ability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive multiple complex IT projects with budgets of €1m–€3m.
• Plan, schedule, and manage costs, resources and quality.
• Create project charters, scope, budget and timelines.
• Collaborate with ERGO partners to plan and troubleshoot.
• Oversee delivery, integration of IT infrastructure and systems.
• Proactively manage risks and issues with mitigation plans.
• Lead meetings, produce status reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation, approvals and compliance milestones.
