ZoomInfo is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Person Data and AI Evaluations to own end‑to‑end data outcomes and to build an AI evaluation discipline across the Core Data team. You’ll manage person data quality, coverage, and privacy while steering the pivot from rule‑based selection to agent‑driven inference, partnering with privacy and engineering.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of product management experience in data products or data platforms at scale.
• Hands-on experience with data pipelines, ideally incremental or streaming.
• Direct experience with entity resolution, record linkage, or matching systems.
• Demonstrated use of AI to improve data systems in production.
• Experience designing evaluations for model output (golden sets, precision/recall, LLm-as-judge).
• Comfort reading pipelines, writing prompts/validators, and collaborating with engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Own Person Data end to end: strategy, roadmap, and monthly priorities for contact data.
• Build and run the AI evaluation engine and define what 'correct' means for attributes.
• Curate golden sets, trap records, and set gates for auto-accept/reject or human review.
• Drive the pivot from rules to agents and write policy clauses and acceptance rules.
• Introduce models where beneficial while retaining deterministic components.
• Own privacy roadmap for person data and collaborate with Legal and Privacy.
• Work with cross‑functional teams and communicate roadmap and release notes.
