Job summary

Viktor is seeking a Product Designer to shape the core product experience for an AI employee within familiar collaboration tools like Slack and Teams. You will own end‑to‑end design from onboarding to admin flows, crafting a trustworthy, high‑craft interface with fast iteration cycles.

You’ll work from ambiguity, own the design language, and partner closely with engineers to deliver fast, tangible progress in a product‑led, fast‑moving environment.

Qualifications

• Strong product taste with ability to justify UX decisions.
• Exceptional visual design across typography, color, and layout.
• Portfolio showing real product work with high craft in UI/UX.

Responsibilities

• Design core Viktor product surfaces across Slack, Teams, web, desktop and mobile apps, onboarding, integrations, permissions, billing, collaboration and admin flows.
• Set the visual bar for the product: typography, color, spacing, and composition to feel premium and trustworthy at first glance.
• Turn vague, high-stakes product problems into clear interaction models.
• Work directly with engineers to ship fast, not hand off and disappear.
• Prototype AI-native UX patterns before the industry settles on obvious answers.
• Improve clarity, trust, and control where AI behavior can feel confusing.
• Sweat the details: empty states, loading states, error states, edge cases, copy, spacing, hierarchy.
• Help raise the product taste bar across everything users touch.
