Job summary

Valmet Automation Sp. z o.o. seeks a process engineering expert to lead boiler rebuilds and conversions in global delivery projects. You will collaborate across disciplines, suppliers, and customers to ensure technical excellence and support sales with precise technical concepts.

You will provide customer training, assist commissioning, and drive innovative solutions aligned with environmental standards while traveling globally 20–40 days per year.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in thermal, energy, environmental, chemical, or process engineering.
Strong experience in boiler processes and similar industry roles.
Fluent English; other languages (Polish, Finnish, German) are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead process engineering for boiler rebuilds and conversions in delivery projects.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure technical excellence.
Support sales projects by defining technical concepts and preparing specifications.
Provide theoretical training for customers and assist commissioning during project completion.
Drive innovation by developing new solutions and processes that meet evolving environmental standards.
