Job summary

Valmet Automation Sp. z o.o. seeks a process engineering expert to lead boiler rebuilds and conversions in global delivery projects. You will collaborate across disciplines, suppliers, and customers to ensure technical excellence and support sales with precise technical concepts.

You will provide customer training, assist commissioning, and drive innovative solutions aligned with environmental standards while traveling globally 20–40 days per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in thermal, energy, environmental, chemical, or process engineering.
• Strong experience in boiler processes and similar industry roles.
• Fluent English; other languages (Polish, Finnish, German) are a plus.

What We Expect

You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in thermal, energy, environmental, chemical, or process engineering from a university or a university of applied sciences.

You have strong experience in boiler processes and similar industry roles.

You communicate fluently in English; Polish, Finnish, Germany and other language skills are seen as an advantage.

You are willing to travel globally for 20–40 days per year (focus countries are Poland, Germany and Czech).

You work systematically, prioritize effectively, and thrive in dynamic project environments.
