Job summary

N-iX CTO Group seeks a Principal Solutions Architect to lead strategic architecture direction and cross-functional delivery for global enterprise accounts. You will mentor architecture talent, shape technology roadmaps, and scale architectural impact across multiple teams.

You will guide pre-sales, oversee complex engagements, and drive framework-based practice growth while staying hands-on with delivery and emerging tech trends.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in software engineering and solution architecture.
• 3+ years in an architecture leadership or principal-level role within IT service/IT consulting.
• Proven ability to lead consultancy engagements with global enterprise clients.
• Experience building solutions for large-scale distributed systems (team size 30+, 12+ months).
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture with hands-on cloud platform experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture visioning across a portfolio of enterprise clients.
• Drive practice growth with frameworks, methodologies, and reusable assets.
• Mentor architecture and engineering teams across accounts.
• Advise client executives shaping digital strategy and roadmaps.
• Govern architecture to ensure maintainability and long-term value.
• Guide discovery phases, workshops, and architecture audits.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable architectural solutions.
• Own proposals during pre-sales including design, risk, and cost estimation.
• Lead project execution aligned with the architectural vision.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for client needs.
