Job summary

N-iX is seeking a Senior Program / Engineering Manager to own the programme end-to-end, guiding migration and feature parity on a consolidated platform. You will lead multiple delivery teams, unblock impediments, and drive critical decision-making while staying hands-on with day-to-day delivery activities.

You will report to senior stakeholders, translate business priorities into an executable plan, and ensure predictable delivery across time zones.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software delivery or leading complex multi-team programmes.
• Proven track record as Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or Delivery Lead.
• Hands-on leadership style with ability to unblock teams and make decisions.
• Strong delivery-predictability focus and ability to forecast and report.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the full programme - migration and feature parity from planning through release.
• Lead and coordinate multiple delivery teams and workstreams.
• Stay hands-on day-to-day: unblock, drive decisions, maintain momentum.
• Own the migration plan including cutover sequencing, risk and rollback planning, data/feature validation.
• Drive feature parity ensuring legacy capabilities map and deliver without loss of functionality.
• Be the primary delivery interface to senior stakeholders across time zones.
• Translate business goals into executable roadmap and capacity plan.
• Establish and track metrics: delivery predictability, throughput, milestone burn-up.
• Line-manage and grow delivery leads and engineers; set ways of working.
• Partner with Product Owners and architecture to align scope and direction.
