Job summary

N-iX is seeking a Senior Project / Engineering Manager to drive delivery across three cross-functional development teams within a client transformation program. This senior but hands-on role requires owning milestones end-to-end and working closely with Product Managers and Architects to deliver functionality on time and to a high standard.

You will act as the delivery interface to stakeholders in the EU and UK, translate business priorities into executable plans, unblock teams, and ensure

• 6+ years in software delivery and project/program management.
• Experience leading multi-team engagements.
• Hands-on leadership style with ability to unblock teams.
• Experience with outsourcing industry.
• Strong communication across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery across three cross-functional development teams.
• Plan, track, and report progress; surface risks.
• Stay hands-on to remove blockers.
• Coordinate dependencies and priorities.
• Translate product vision into executable roadmap with Architects.
• Establish and improve Agile practices across teams.
• Provide transparent status to EU/UK stakeholders.
• Manage delivery metrics and change/release processes.
• Coach and grow team members and foster ownership.
• Lead Agile ceremonies as needed.
