Job summary

VML is seeking a Principal Technical Architect to lead cloud design and governance for client engagements in a hybrid Poland-based role. You will own architecture decisions, mentor teams, and drive the adoption of agentic AI platforms and secure integration patterns.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, including IaC, CI/CD and quality automation. Collaborate with UK project teams, participate in governance, and help identify growth opportunities for major brands.

Qualifications

• Senior/Principal architect with leadership experience in agencies or consultancies.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise AWS/serverless architectures.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior authority on complex cloud architectures (AWS serverless).
• Design agentic AI platforms and orchestration patterns for clients.
• Drive client engagement, workshops, and opportunity identification.
• Provide hands-on engineering ownership and code reviews.
