Avenga is seeking a skilled Power Platform professional in Wrocław to design and deliver scalable, secure solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.

You will work closely with teams to integrate Power Platform with Dynamics 365, M365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and Azure services, while maintaining governance and incident management practices within production environments.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of hands-on experience developing Power Platform solutions with a portfolio of implementations.
• Knowledge of security best practices across the Power Platform, including secure authentication, RBAC, DLP, and secrets handling.
• Experience with the broader Microsoft stack: Dynamics 365, M365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and Azure services.
• Experience with application-to-application integrations, custom connectors, APIs, and data modeling.
• Practical knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
• Experience in Application Support – troubleshooting issues, root cause analysis, incident resolution and collaboration with technical and business teams.
• Ability to work in a production environment – prioritizing incidents and requests, communicating with users and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; Microsoft Power Platform certifications desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, design, and deliver robust Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio) with focus on security and maintainability.
• Lead integration of Power Platform with Dynamics 365, M365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse and third-party systems via APIs and custom connectors.
• Maintain and develop existing Copilot Studio solution.
• Be part of development team and co-create modern products.
• Manage support cases: contact end users, resolve tickets, prioritize and analyze root causes.
• Stay abreast of Power Platform features and best practices, identifying opportunities for innovation.
