Job summary

SNI is seeking a skilled Power Platform specialist to drive enterprise implementations and Copilot Studio design. The role requires hands-on experience with Power Platform, Copilot Studio agents, and secure RBAC/DLP configurations within a Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Strong English skills and ITIL-aligned support are essential. The candidate will architect, implement, and maintain scalable, secure solutions, integrating Dataverse, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, and REST APIs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on software development experience on the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Direct hands-on experience in Copilot Studio agent design and development.
• Mastery of Power Platform security configurations including RBAC, DLP, secure authentication, and key/credential management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, Azure Services, and Dataverse architecture.
• Experience in app-to-app integrations, REST APIs, Custom Connectors, and relational data modeling.
• Proven experience in production application support, ticket prioritization, troubleshooting ITIL/ITSM processes.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and deliver robust, scalable, and secure Power Platform solutions.
• Maintain, optimize, and expand Copilot Studio solutions and conversational AI agents.
• Lead integration efforts between Power Platform, Dataverse, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem via REST APIs and Custom connectors.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to build modern digital products and automated workflows.
• Manage application support cases end-to-end with end users, RCA, and ITIL-aligned processes.
• Monitor Microsoft ecosystem features and Power Platform advancements to propose modernization opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Official Microsoft Power Platform Certifications (e.g., PL-400 Developer, PL-200 Functional Consultant, or PL-600 Architect).

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage competing incident resolution timelines effectively.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership over production system stability and continuous process improvement.

• Act as a core member of the software engineering team, collaborating to build modern digital products and automated business workflows.
• Manage application support cases end-to-end—engaging directly with end users, resolving support tickets, executing root-cause analysis (RCA), and upholding ITIL frameworks (Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management).
• Monitor emerging Microsoft ecosystem features, Power Platform advancements, and industry best practices to identify proactive opportunities for solution modernization.
