Qualifications

• Approx. 10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven software architecture expertise and system design knowledge.
• Experience leading complex technical initiatives across multiple teams.
• Hands-on DevOps and CI/CD implementation experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and continuously improve the Developer Platform and CI/CD tooling.
• Define and evolve engineering standards, architecture, API design, security, observability, and SDLC processes.
• Build automated guardrails for quality gates, security scanning, and deployment controls.
• Support engineering teams with architecture reviews, solution design, and modernization initiatives.
• Mentor engineers through reviews, architecture discussions, and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and leadership for alignment.
• Improve developer productivity by streamlining workflows and automation.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and promote innovation across the org.
