Relativity in Warsaw offers a Lead Software Engineer role driving the technical strategy for the Engineering Platform team. You will lead foundational services, guide architecture, and mentor engineers to deliver scalable, secure cloud-native solutions.

The role emphasizes .NET, Azure, IaC (Terraform, Bicep), and Kubernetes, with DevOps best practices, CI/CD, and opportunities to apply AI/ML to improve developer efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience with strong C# and .NET
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native patterns
• Experience leading technical projects and setting architectural direction
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep) and CI/CD automation
• Solid understanding of containers, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices
• Experience mentoring engineers and influencing engineering culture

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of platform services and development tooling
• Define and evolve architectural standards for cloud-native development and CI/CD
• Collaborate with senior engineers and architects to align platform strategy with business goals
• Mentor engineers through design reviews and technical guidance
• Identify system-level improvements to boost developer productivity and platform resilience
• Promote DevOps practices, automation, and observability across the org
