Job summary

EPAM Systems in Wroclaw is seeking a Lead .NET Full Stack Software Engineer to drive modernization and scalability of asset management reporting platforms.

You will translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, collaborate in an agile environment, and ensure timely delivery of client and regulatory reports. This role requires strong communication skills and a background in financial services, with hybrid work and 3 days per week on client site.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in hands-on .NET application development.
• Experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL databases.
• Experience with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred).
• Azure cloud experience and cloud-native solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into IT specs.
• Strong communication skills and English at B2 level or higher.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering or related field.
• Banking or financial services experience is highly preferred.
